flatware

The third project, flatware. This is also a cad project.I am Titling this project Midnight Snack.I am going to use a piece of scrap wood to make the handles. The wood will be riveted to the tang of the utensil. The fork will be my project but I will build knife and spoon later. The shapes reflect a crescent moon. The rivets and the craters and silver accents, stars.

inspiration

Can u hear me? This sound ornamentation project uses the clumps of drop shapes to make sound on the earpiece. The shapes are based on the deco waterfall design. This is the interior of the central terminal restaurant.I took the square line and curved ends as inspiration.I drew fine silver into square wire and balled the ends.I connected the pieces to the earpiece and it makes a great sound.

Theme: Art Deco Buildings In Buffalo

I love to look at these beautiful buildings. I see more and more as I look at the pictures. My challenge is to use these as an inspiration, Look at the movement closer, not just the result of it. My goal is to draw from this inspiring work and not copy it but honor it.These are only a few of the images I have collected to help me.
